On the 13th, it will be cloudy, with rain expected in various parts of the country, mainly in the central region.

Rain or snow will fall until the dawn along the east coast of Gangwon and inland Chungnam, and until the afternoon in Chungbuk.

The expected precipitation from the 12th to the 13th is 10 to 40 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area and Daejeon-Chungnam, 5 to 30 mm in inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and 10 to 30 mm in Chungbuk.

The expected snowfall is 3 to 8 cm in the mountainous areas of Gangwon, 1 to 5 cm in inland Gangwon, and about 1 cm in northwest and eastern Gyeonggi and Chungcheong.

The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between 0 and 8 degrees, and the daytime high temperature is expected to range from 8 to 16 degrees.

The concentration of fine dust in Chungcheong, Honam, Yeongnam, and Jeju is classified as "bad," while other regions are at a "normal" level.

Waves in the sea will reach 1.5 to 3.5 m in the East Sea and 1.0 to 3.5 m in the West Sea and South Sea.

The wave height in the inner distant sea (about 200 km from the coastline) is predicted to be 2.0 to 5.0 m in the East Sea, 1.5 to 5.0 m in the West Sea, and 2.0 to 4.0 m in the South Sea.
