Kim Sung-hoon, the Vice Administrator of the Presidential Security Service, who is accused of obstructing the execution of an arrest warrant against President Yoon Seok-yeol, did not respond to a second request from the police on the 8th.

The police's Special Investigation Unit announced through a media release that "a third request was sent to Vice Administrator Kim, who failed to respond to the second request, demanding his attendance by 10 a.m. on the 11th." They also noted that a second request was sent to Lee Jin-ha, the Head of the Security and Safety Headquarters, who failed to respond to the first request, demanding his attendance by 2 p.m. on the 11th.

All of these individuals have been registered as suspects for obstructing official duties. Previously, Park Jong-jun, the Head of the Security Service, and Lee Kwang-woo, the Head of the Security Headquarters, each failed to respond to police requests on two occasions and one occasion, respectively, meaning that until now, none of the Security Service executives have participated in the suspect investigation.
