On the 5th, President Yoon Seok-yeol's side noted that they would review whether to re-appeal to the Supreme Court after the court rejected an objection asking for the dismissal of the execution of the arrest and search warrants.

Yun Gap-geun, lawyer representing President Yoon Seok-yeol, expressed regret on the 5th over the Seoul Western District Court dismissing an objection related to the issuance of a search and arrest warrant for the president's residence, and revealed this information to the media, stating, “There was no notification to the applicant’s side.”

Lawyer Yun stated that the dismissal of the objection does not signify the validity of the warrant, and mentioned reviewing whether to re-appeal upon confirming the reason for dismissal.

Judge Ma Sung-young of the Seoul Western District Court announced that the objection filed by President Yoon's side against the arrest and search warrants was dismissed. President Yoon's side claimed the objection was submitted under the Criminal Procedure Act, but the court found the application improper.

After the court issued the arrest and search warrants on the 31st of last month, President Yoon's side filed an objection to have it canceled on the 2nd of this month, but it was dismissed.
