The Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO) is attempting to execute an arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk-yeol on charges of treason related to the Dec. 3 martial law incident. As of 8:30 a.m. today, they have entered the official residence in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

▲ 6:07 a.m. │ Police partially control the section of Hannam-daero from Hannam Ogeori to Bukhanam Samgeori near the residence.
▲ 6:14 a.m. │ The CIO departs from the government complex in Gwacheon to execute President Yoon's arrest warrant.
▲ 7:18 a.m. │ CIO vehicles arrive in front of President Yoon's residence.
▲ 7:38 a.m. │ Police announce the deployment of 2,700 officers near the residence.
▲ 8:04 a.m. │ CIO investigators step out of vehicles and enter the residence on foot.
