Regarding the runway excursion accident of an aircraft at Muan Airport in Jeollanam-do on the 29th, Korea Airports Corporation has initiated emergency response.

An official from the Airports Corporation said, "In the event of an accident, we establish an accident response headquarters according to the manual," noting that "a headquarters has also been set up at Muan Airport, and a centralized headquarters will be organized at the main office level."

The official explained, "We are assessing the overall damage situation, including the extent of the damage, and are investigating the cause."
