According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 29th, occasional rain or snow is expected in eastern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon and mountainous areas, northern Chungbuk, inland northern Gyeongbuk, and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, from early morning (midnight to 6 a.m.) on the 30th. The rain or snow in eastern Gyeonggi is expected to mostly stop after 9 p.m. on the 30th.

The expected snowfall and precipitation are about 1 cm and 1 mm in Seoul and eastern Gyeonggi, less than 1 to 5 cm and under 5 mm in inland and mountainous Gangwon, under 1 cm and 1 mm in northern Chungbuk, and about 1 cm and 1 mm in inland northern Gyeongbuk, northeastern mountainous areas, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo.

The temperature will be higher than the average (lowest -11 to 0 degrees, highest 1 to 9 degrees) for the time being.

On the morning of the 30th, the expected lowest temperatures in major regions are as follows: Seoul 2 degrees, Incheon 4 degrees, Chuncheon -3 degrees, Gangneung 1 degree, Cheongju 2 degrees, Daejeon 0 degrees, Jeonju 3 degrees, Gwangju 2 degrees, Daegu -1 degree, Busan 5 degrees, and Jeju 7 degrees.

The highest temperatures during the day are expected to be: Seoul 9 degrees, Incheon 9 degrees, Chuncheon 8 degrees, Gangneung 10 degrees, Cheongju 10 degrees, Daejeon 9 degrees, Jeonju 11 degrees, Gwangju 11 degrees, Daegu 11 degrees, Busan 13 degrees, and Jeju 14 degrees.

Strong winds with speeds around 55 km/h (over 70 km/h in mountainous areas) are expected in most regions nationwide from the 30th to the 31st. A dry weather warning has been issued for Yeongdong in Gangwon, the east coast and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, and some parts of Gyeongnam.

From tomorrow afternoon, waves in the sea will be between 0.5 and 2.0 meters in the East and West Seas, and between 0.5 and 1.5 meters in the South Sea.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'good' to 'moderate' across all regions. However, Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo in Gangwon, and Chungbuk might experience 'poor' levels at night.
