The "Pinkfong Baby Shark" movie and TV series have been nominated in three categories at the International Emmy "Children & Family Awards."

The "Children & Family Awards" were newly established in 2022 and are being held for the third year this year.

"Baby Shark" was nominated in three categories: voice acting award, theme song award, and music award (sound mixing and editing award), setting a record for the most nominations in the Korean animation industry.

Kimiko Glenn, who played the role of Baby Shark in the TV series and movie, was nominated for the voice acting award.

The "Baby Shark Movie" OST "Keep Swimming" performed by the group Enhypen was nominated for the theme song award. Additionally, "Baby Shark Movie" was selected as a nominee for the music award.

A representative from The Pinkfong Company said, "We have proven our content production capabilities and artistic value while also demonstrating the global competitiveness of K-animation," and added, "We will continue to create family entertainment content that can resonate with people across borders and generations worldwide."
