According to Harim's business report on the 18th, Chairman Kim received a salary of 600 million won and a bonus of 230,000 won last year. This is a decrease of 18.1% compared to the previous year (733 million won).

Harim explained that the base compensation amount is determined according to its executive compensation regulations and is paid monthly according to the corresponding remuneration table. It also noted that bonuses were paid, including vacation pay in accordance with company regulations.

Previously, Chairman Kim received a salary of 508 million won and a bonus of 225 million won, totaling 733 million won in 2023.
