Seven-Eleven announced on the 10th that it will sign the '2025 Franchise Co-prosperity Agreement' to activate sales at franchise stores and promote joint growth.
Seven-Eleven expanded its waste support system for food (triangle gimbap, gimbap, lunch boxes) from a maximum of 40% to up to 50% (20% basic and a maximum of 30% for co-prosperity support), depending on the operating quantity and increase. This is to encourage active product operation and sales and to improve store profitability through optimal product display.
It also plans to increase the medical welfare system for franchisees. In addition to existing discounts for comprehensive health check-ups and psychological counseling, through a partnership with Seoul Medical, it will offer discounts of up to 49% on non-coverage items in 16 medical fields, including ophthalmology, dentistry, dermatology, plastic surgery, otolaryngology, and hair transplantation, at 1,200 affiliated hospitals nationwide. The beneficiaries are franchise owners and their immediate families.
It will also introduce a salary advance service for part-time workers employed at the stores. Through the salary advance service provider 'Paywatch,' they can receive part of their salary in advance, up to a limit of 350,000 won per month.
