Global beauty tech company APR announced on the 7th that it will conduct global talent recruitment in 2025. This recruitment, which seeks both new interns and experienced professionals, plans to select talent primarily in the global area that includes e-commerce and B2B (business-to-business) where APR has achieved results.

Specifically, it will select candidates for positions in ▲marketing ▲MD (merchandising) ▲e-commerce channel operations ▲overseas B2B sales. In particular, the plan is to prioritize hiring talent for overseas regions that performed well last year, including the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. An APR official noted, "With the rising trend of K beauty, continuous expansion of overseas business is expected," adding that "proactive talent acquisition and development through employment expansion is necessary to secure future growth engines."

Among these, recruitment in Japan is already underway, announced under the notice titled 'Focused Recruitment in Japan,' which will be conducted until the 12th. The plan is to select online marketing and MD talent with Japanese communication skills and an understanding of the local beauty market and trends. According to APR, growth in Japan in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the same period last year was 78.6%.

An APR official said, "Through this recruitment, we aim to fulfill our social responsibility of expanding overseas business while also increasing employment and cultivating talent during challenging times," adding that, "We are not setting a recruitment quota, as it is about securing talent rather than competition among applicants. We hope for the interest of many applicants."
