Amorepacific Corporation announced on the 6th that its self-developed 'Wanna-Beauty AI' technology received an innovation award at the world's largest electronics and information technology exhibition, CES. Amorepacific has won this award for six consecutive years.

At this year's CES, which will be held in Las Vegas, U.S., starting on the 7th (local time), Amorepacific Corporation will showcase the 'AI skin analysis and care solution' developed in collaboration with Samsung Electronics' 'Micro LED Beauty Mirror,' in addition to the award-winning technology. The company will also unveil new products from the Makeon brand, which will incorporate related technologies.

This year's CES will also see Chairman Seo Kyung-bae of Amorepacific Group visiting the event. Chairman Seo plans to tour the CES 2025 innovation exhibition featuring 'Wanna-Beauty AI' and the collaboration booth with Samsung Electronics. Additionally, he will examine various cutting-edge technologies across different industries and review the status of North American operations alongside Giovanni Valentini, head of Amorepacific Corporation's North America branch.

'Wanna-Beauty AI,' which won an award in the AI institutional sector at CES 2025, is a digital solution based on a voice chatbot that helps consumers find their ideal makeup and provides personalized virtual experiences.

It analyzes users' skin tones and facial proportions and shapes based on photos, offering makeup recommendations and virtual makeup experiences using data learned from makeup experts' know-how. Users can also apply another person's makeup to their own face and conveniently consult via a conversational interface powered by the voice chatbot.

The solution incorporates Amorepacific's image diagnosis technology and image generation AI technology developed in collaboration with KAIST.
