Data-driven growth marketing consulting corporation Huddlers (CEO Yoo Seong-min) has brought in Lee Jeong-hoon, CEO of Marketing Engineer Korea, as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
Lee Jeong-hoon has amassed extensive experience in big data analysis and customer relationship management (CRM) system development in the 23 years since founding his company in 2002. Notably, he led data-driven strategy formulation for major domestic corporations, including the eBay Auction marketing rule-based system development project, Lotte Card CRM system development, and data analysis for agricultural and marine home shopping.
Huddlers is optimizing data usage based on accumulated experience from assisting 2,150 client companies with data setup and onboarding consulting. It is particularly noteworthy that the company has grown solely through word of mouth, building high trust in the market without advertising.
Yoo Seong-min, CEO of Huddlers, noted, "Data is now at the heart of all business success. We are solving the problems faced by client companies that struggle with data utilization, helping them achieve greater growth."
Huddlers aims to assist corporations in properly understanding and utilizing data by providing consulting on data analysis across all customer touchpoints beyond simple data analysis. The company is also presenting a new paradigm called 'AX Marketing,' which utilizes AI technology to create an environment where corporations can achieve efficiency and focus solely on decision-making.
Currently, in addition to serving as CEO of Marketing Engineer Korea, Lee Jeong-hoon also holds the positions of CTO of Anmedia and CTO of Social Ladder, leading the growth of each corporation through successful business pivoting. He remarked, "I plan to create innovative business results by integrating data and marketing strategy as CSO of Huddlers," adding, "I have set a goal to drive Huddler's growth up to five times by 2025."
Meanwhile, Huddlers is strengthening its data capabilities by collaborating with companies such as Samsung Electronics and LG Uplus, promoting business results through various growth marketing projects with brands.
