Lotte Members announced on the 2nd that it will integrate the L.Point and mobile gift certificate operations starting in February. This integration aims to provide customers with a more convenient and extensive usage experience while expanding benefits.
The Lotte mobile gift certificate can be used at both online and offline channels of Lotte affiliates, including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, and Lotte On. Through this integrated operation, Lotte Members plans to promote ▲expanded usage locations ▲additional point accumulation ▲integration of the L.Point app ▲real-time point conversion services.
Lotte Members will take over the mobile gift certificate business from Lotte Shopping on Feb. 1. It aims to strengthen the connectivity between existing services, such as membership through L.Point and L.Pay simplified payments, and the mobile gift certificates.
Kim Hye-joo, CEO of Lotte Members, said, "We will achieve both quantitative and qualitative growth in the mobile gift certificate business based on our membership capabilities," adding, "We will repay customers who love L.Point with richer benefits."
