Lotteria, the burger franchise of Lotte GRS, announced on the 30th that the stores reopened under its 'Re-Innovation' strategy to enhance store revenue profitability have shown consistent growth.
The Lotteria 'Guro Digital Station' location, which was renewed in February, opened as a combined store with Krispy Kreme, moving away from single-brand operations. As a result of implementing the patty cooking automation robot 'Alpha Grill' tailored to the sales store characteristics, the number of customers increased by 13% and revenue grew by 10% by November.
The Sookmyung Women's University Station, Sillim Station, and Gangneung Gyo-dong stores, which underwent sequential interior renovations from March to May, also demonstrated customer and revenue growth effects. Among these, Sillim Station showed the highest performance, with approximately a 25% increase in customers and about a 22% increase in revenue.
The Cheonho Station and Seoul National University Station are also showing growth after reopening. In particular, the Seoul National University Station has been operating with the frying automation robot 'Bogle Bot,' and there are plans to reflect improvement points through continuous monitoring by February next year.
This month, the Lotteria location in Lotte World Mall B1 was renewed and reopened. Taking advantage of its location within a shopping mall and launching a specialized menu symbolizing Lotte World Tower, revenue increased by about 20% compared to the same period last year in the three days following its opening on the 20th.
