The most sold Starbucks drinks this year were tallied as Americano and cafe latte. The rise of tea beverages, such as classic milk tea, was also noteworthy.

On the 29th, Starbucks Korea revealed the top 10 beverages that received the most love from customers throughout the year.

The espresso-based 'cafe americano' and 'cafe latte' have recorded the 1st and 2nd spots for 15 consecutive years since sales were tallied in 2009. The decaffeinated Americano, which has lower caffeine content, ranked 4th.

Tea beverages were also popular. The 'grapefruit honey black tea' ranked 3rd. This drink became the first tea beverage in October to surpass a cumulative sales of 100 million cups. 'Starbucks classic milk tea,' which was introduced last October, also ranked 8th. 'Yuzu mint tea' secured the 9th position, marking its second consecutive year in the top 10 beverages. A representative from Starbucks Korea noted, "Tea beverages have shown continuous growth," adding, "In 2022, there was only one tea beverage in the top 10 best-selling drinks, but this year there are three."

The cold brew series also gained popularity. 'Vanilla cream cold brew' ranked 5th, while 'Starbucks dolce latte' occupied the 6th spot. 'Cold brew' was in 7th place. The caffeine-free 'strawberry delight yogurt blended' took the 10th position.

Lee Myung-hoon, the beverage team leader at Starbucks Korea, said, "Tea beverages are gaining strength," noting that in response to positive consumer feedback, products like peach iced and hot teas will transition to regular sales starting January 1, showcasing a variety of goods to meet consumer demands.
