According to the fashion industry on the 20th, Kolon FnC is shifting its business direction to improve efficiency for major brands such as Jack Nicklaus, Head, and Elroad. Among those, about 50 employees are subject to voluntary retirement. The shift in business direction aims to streamline the organization.

It is the first time that Kolon FnC has resorted to voluntary retirement. Previously, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company entered an emergency management system and had sent 22 non-regular employees home.

A Kolon FnC official noted, “As the business direction and environment changed, there were employees experiencing a job mismatch,” and added, “We have proposed job changes or voluntary retirement to the affected employees.”
