The 'IPARK THE RIVER' located within the Godeok Business Valley in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, is expected to be completed at the end of this month. This development, constructed by HDC Hyundai Development Company, consists of 6 underground floors and 21 above-ground floors, covering a total area of approximately 300,000 square meters, and will be the first in Seoul to feature 'IKEA.'

The office facilities comprise a total of 591 units, ranging from 37 to 296 square meters (approximately 11 to 90 pyeong), equipped with views of the Han River and state-of-the-art amenities. The main feature, an outdoor garden, will be approximately 70% the size of a soccer field. Various landscaping facilities, walking paths, and art decorations will be installed. One can also enjoy the scenery that harmonizes the Godeok Topyeong Bridge, the Han River, and the sky.

The Godeok Business Valley has the potential to become a representative business hub for eastern Seoul. This area, leveraging the business district along the Han River, is home to various industries, including IT, design, and entertainment.

The total area of the Godeok Business Valley is approximately 234,523 square meters, which is one-twelfth the size of Yeouido. It is the largest commercial and business complex in eastern Seoul. Among the 27 corporations that have confirmed their office relocation here, 18, including AJU Design Group and IT security company HUNESION, have moved their headquarters to this location. Nine corporations, including JYP Entertainment and Cuckoo Electronics, are currently pursuing office construction.

The transportation infrastructure is another competitive advantage for the Godeok Business Valley. It is close to Godeok Station on Line 5, and is adjacent to Olympic Boulevard, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and the Metropolitan Expressway No. 1.

The opening of the Godeok Topyeong Bridge, the 33rd bridge on the Han River, and parts of the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway are expected to enhance accessibility from northern to southern Gyeonggi Province and expand the living area. Once the extension of Line 9 is completed in 2028, access to major business districts like Gangnam and Yeouido will also be expedited.
