'Long-Term Lease Housing 2 - My Home in Advance' is a measure by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to address low birth rates, providing stable housing and opportunities for home ownership for newlywed couples planning to have children or marry.
In this third recruitment, the re-supplied complex, Cheongnyangni Station Harrington Place, with 59㎡ (regardless of children), showed the highest competition rate at 328 to 1. The newly supplied Cheonggye SK View 44㎡ (for childless households) recorded a competition rate of 94 to 1, while the 59㎡ for families with children in the same complex recorded 26.8 to 1. The re-supplied complexes, Hillstate Gangdong Riverview 59㎡, recorded a high competition rate of 300.5 to 1, and Olympic Park Foreon 59㎡ (for families with children) showed a competition rate of 171.3 to 1.
The Seoul Housing Corporation (SH) plans to announce the candidates for document review on the 31st of this month, and after conducting additional reviews to ensure compliance with criteria such as residency qualifications, income, assets, and being homeowners, they will select the winners and announce them on April 25.
Hwang Sang-ha, president of SH, noted, "In order to expand the 'My Home in Advance' supply, which is a key management objective this year, we established a dedicated department for my home supply just a week after my appointment," adding, "As many new complexes from redevelopment and reconstruction are set to be supplied this year, we anticipate continuous interest and applications from newlyweds and couples about to marry."
