HS Hwasung is solidifying its entry into the metropolitan area maintenance market by securing two maintenance projects in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province.
HS Hwasung recently announced on the 7th that it has secured a small-scale reconstruction project at the Jeokseong Apartments in Pakdal-dong, Anyang, and a street housing maintenance project in the Anyang-dong 30-11 area.
The small-scale reconstruction project of the Jeokseong Apartments in Pakdal-dong, Manan District, Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, is a project to build new apartments with a total of 192 units in three 24-story buildings. This location is well equipped with abundant living infrastructure, including the Pakdal Knowledge and Industrial Complex, Anyangcheon promenade, Pakdal Market, Gwangmyeong Station, and the Woogok-Pangyo double-track railway.
The street housing maintenance project in the Anyang-dong 30-11 area in Manan District, Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, is a project to maintain new apartments with a total of 227 units in two 20-story buildings. The project site is adjacent to major transportation networks such as Seoksu IC and the Second Gyeongin Expressway, as well as natural environments, and is close to cultural facilities like the Anyang Arts Park.
An HS Hwasung official noted, "The success in securing maintenance projects in the Gyeonggi area is a result of HS Hwasung's technical capability and strong will to enter the metropolitan area," and added, "We plan to construct with the best quality reflecting the needs of the residents and the characteristics of the region."
He further added, "We will use this contract as a stepping stone for our expansion into the metropolitan area, enhancing our position in the market and establishing ourselves as a more reliable construction company."
Previously, HS Hwasung secured a street housing project at Myeonmok Station in Seoul in November of last year.
