The I-QMS implemented by HDC Hyundai Development Company in 2023 was based on the concept of the Quality Real Name System, which inspects key items according to the progress of the work. HDC Hyundai Development Company explained that the newly applied I-QMS, effective from the 2nd, is an integrated field management solution that allows easy management of various tasks related to quality, including inspection, material inspection, and video record management.

With this upgrade of the I-QMS, it has become possible to confirm quality inspection results in real-time between the field and headquarters by utilizing mobile devices, thereby improving convenience and efficiency. In detail, various tasks such as checking key quality items, preparing daily work reports, inspection duties, material inspection, and uploading process videos can now be handled via mobile.

HDC Hyundai Development Company is simultaneously digitalizing and enhancing overall construction systems based on DX technology. In the pre-construction phase, it has developed and operates the HEB system, which can immediately calculate the quantities of key materials in the construction process based on building information modeling (BIM) technology.

During the construction phase, efforts are underway to digitalize safety and quality management processes through the operation of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) integrated control center, in addition to I-QMS. In the maintenance phase, the company manages site inspections and tenant defect reports along with maintenance cases through I-CLICK 4.0.

A representative from HDC Hyundai Development Company noted, "Through I-QMS, we expect to achieve effects such as digitizing quality management tasks compared to the past, standardizing processes, reducing the time required for common field tasks due to system connectivity, and improving worker output accuracy through the use of facial recognition and QR codes." They added, "To keep pace with the rapidly changing era centered around AI technology and big data, HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to advance construction systems with leading digital technology in quality management."
