Lee Han-woo, CEO of Hyundai Engineering & Construction, attended a joint briefing on the redevelopment project of Hannam District 4 in Yongsan, Seoul, and expressed a strong intention to win orders.

According to Hyundai Engineering & Construction on the 5th, CEO Lee attended the second joint briefing held at Itaewon Church in Yongsan, Seoul, on the 4th, as the first external schedule of the new year since his appointment.

CEO Lee said, "I have really been waiting for a long time," adding, "From now on, working with Hyundai Engineering & Construction marks the true beginning of Hannam District 4." He further stated, "I will elevate it to a project site that other districts envy."

He noted, "Understanding the needs of the members accurately and executing them perfectly is the secret to success," adding, "We have been chosen by numerous associations because we created the best complexes through continuous contemplation and innovation."

Regarding the DH brand, he said, "It has proven its competitiveness by leading the local market price," and also noted, "Moreover, we are the first in the industry to apply first-class noise reduction technology on-site and are leading a healthy living environment through research and development of the All-Life Care House."

CEO Lee urged the members, "Please compare the proposals from both companies carefully and visit the promotional hall that we prepared with great effort," adding, "If you trust us, we will repay you with the best landmark, making it a choice you will never regret for a lifetime."

Hannam District 4, encompassing 160,258 square meters in 360 Bogwang-dong, Yongsan, Seoul, is undergoing redevelopment. The project will establish an apartment complex with 2,331 units. The construction cost is 1.5723 trillion won. Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Samsung C&T Corporation are competing for the redevelopment project of Hannam District 4.
