Tangjeong Prugio Center Park is considered a key residential area for the Asan Tangjeong Disc Clay City complexes 1 and 2. This area hosts strong corporations, including Samsung Display's Asan campuses 1 and 2.

The area where the complex is located allows for special admissions in rural and fishing villages while offering convenient access to the academy district in the vicinity of Buldang-dong, Cheonan. Additionally, there is land for the Asan Galsan Middle School (scheduled to open next year) right next to the complex, and prestigious high schools like Samsung High School and Chungnam Foreign Language High School are nearby.

With the proximity of Baebang Station (Line 1), the area provides convenient transportation, and travel to Seoul Station and Suseo Station is possible in about 40 minutes via Cheonan-Asan Station (KTX·SRT). Key roads such as Lee Soon-shin Road in Asan are nearby, and the newly opened Asan-Cheonan Expressway allows for quick access to surrounding areas. The area around Cheonan-Asan Station also boasts large retail facilities, including E-Mart Traders, Galleria Department Store, and MODA Outlet, in addition to life infrastructure centered around Cheonan and Asan city halls.

Tangjeong Prugio Center Park is designed with the entire complex facing south to enhance sunlight and view rights. The smaller unit of 59㎡ includes a master bedroom with a dressing room, while the 84㎡A unit features an alpha room. Additionally, 'Life Up,' an optional product of 'Prugio,' has been implemented to enhance kitchen specialization, storage systems, and finishing options.

The landscaping within the complex includes the planting of pine trees and seasonal flowering trees. A lawn area of approximately 2,000 square meters and a 1-kilometer circular walking path will be created, along with water features and children's playgrounds with various themes.

Various community facilities will also be established. Spaces for resident health, such as fitness and a golf club, will be provided, along with facilities for children, including a daycare center and a community care center. Additional spaces like study rooms and reading rooms, as well as a guest house will be included. The underground area will feature parking spaces allocated at 1.37 per household, with parking entirely underground (excluding parking for neighborhood commercial facilities), creating a park-style complex.
