Doosan Construction announced on the 23rd that it is currently conducting a first-come, first-served contract for unit and floor selection for 'Doosan We’ve The Central Bupyeong,' which is supplied through the SamSan Daebo Apartment Redevelopment Project located at 191, Samsan-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Doosan We’ve The Central Bupyeong will consist of 500 units, with 6 buildings, rising from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors. Of these, 141 units are currently available for general sale.

With a down payment of 10 million won, there are no additional costs until the scheduled move-in date of April 2028, alleviating the burden on buyers in securing funds. Especially since buyers can select their preferred units and floors, it is expected that there will be a swift movement to reserve units that meet their preferences.

The first-come, first-served unit and floor selection contract does not require a subscription savings account, nor is there a separate occupancy obligation period. It is reported that investors looking to achieve profits through resale rights are also showing interest in the first-come contracts, as resale will be possible after October 2025.

Doosan We’ve The Central Bupyeong can be easily accessed via the Gulpocheon Station on Seoul Subway Line 7 and the Galsan Station on Incheon Subway Line 1, allowing convenient movement to key areas in Seoul and the metropolitan area.
