Doma Forena Haemoro is gaining attention as a station area complex following the groundbreaking ceremony for the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2, which took place on the 11th. A new tram station called Doma Station (working title) will be established at Doma Neighborhood.
The Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram will have a total length of 38.8 kilometers, consisting of a circular line that connects five autonomous districts of Daejeon, with 45 stations and one vehicle depot, and the total project cost is 1.5069 trillion won. The Daejeon city plans to officially open Urban Railway Line 2 by the end of 2028 after 3 years and 6 months of construction and 6 months of trial operation.
A representative from Hanwha Construction noted, “After the groundbreaking ceremony for the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2, investor interest has increased sharply, leading to a rapid rise in visits to the model house, resulting in a swift depletion of available units.”
Doma Forena Haemoro will be positioned in the prime area of the Doma-Byeon-dong District, which is set to transform a large-scale aging residential area into a mini-city level apartment complex of over 25,000 dwellings.
