Shinsegae Construction announced on the 18th that it is supplying the commercial facility 'Believ Center High Golden Place' within the 'Believ Center High' complex in the Hwado area of Namyangju.

Previously, the 250-unit apartment Believ Center High sold out 100%. The commercial facility Believ Center High Golden Place, which is now being marketed, will occupy the 1st to 3rd floors of one of the 3 buildings, which consists of 5 underground and 29 above-ground floors. It has a total of 97 units and a gross floor area of 60,774 square meters.
