The Mokdong 8 complex will be reconstructed as a 49-story building with 1,881 dwellings. The Mokdong 8 complex is located near Mokdong Station and Omokgyo Station on Line 5 of the subway. Schools such as Seojeong Elementary School and Jinmyeong Girls' High School, as well as Yangcheon Park, are also nearby.

The width of Mokdong Road will be widened by about 3 meters to secure bicycle lanes and pedestrian paths, while greenery will be created towards Mokdong Road to facilitate the consolidation of schools and Yangcheon Neighborhood Park. A public pedestrian path will also be installed in the center of the complex, and a pedestrian path connecting to the adjacent Complex 9 on the west side will be established. A new children's park is planned to be installed next to the school.

The Mokdong 12 complex, located near Yangcheon-gu Office Station on Line 2, will be reconstructed as a 43-story building with 2,810 dwellings.

The roads located to the east, west, south, and north of the complex will be widened by 1.5 to 3 meters each to secure bicycle lanes and pedestrian spaces. A public pedestrian path leading to Yangcheon-gu Office Station will also be installed. Small parks will be set up around Gyeinam Elementary School to expand greenery, and considering the increase in the number of dwellings due to Mokdong's redevelopment, plans are also in place to build a kindergarten.

The Mokdong 13 complex, located near Yangcheon Police Station, will be rebuilt as a 49-story complex with 3,811 dwellings. The alley adjacent to the north of the complex along Mokdongdong Road will be widened by 3 meters to secure bicycle lanes and pedestrian paths. Two public pedestrian paths connecting to Yangcheon-gu Office Station on Line 2 will also be installed.

Han Byeong-yong, head of the Housing Division of Seoul City, noted, 'With the reconstruction of the Mokdong area, the surrounding community is expected to become more active, and the residential environment will greatly improve.'
