The Korea Association of Realtors announced on Nov. 11 that Kim Jong-ho was elected as the 14th president. The association conducted a member-direct election for the presidential vote the day before. Kim received 13,294 votes out of a total of 34,643. His term will last for three years, starting from Jan. 15 of next year. The Korea Association of Realtors is an organization with over 110,000 licensed real estate agents.

Kim began his real estate business in 2001 and has served as the chairman of the Mapo District branch, a delegate in the 10th term, and chairman of the 11th and 12th terms, as well as president of the Seoul Northern Association in the 13th term.
