The network and information security corporation PIOLINK announced on the 10th that it has been selected as a '2025 youth job-friendly small and medium-sized enterprise' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Startups. The selected corporations are evaluated as excellent companies that possess favorable working conditions preferred by youth, talent development, corporate competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

PIOLINK has been continuously selected as a 'youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprise' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for nine years since 2016, and it has also been added to the list of 'youth job-friendly small and medium-sized enterprises' for the first time this year. This program enhances the existing youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprise system to include not only employment but also criteria for increased corporate competitiveness in evaluation and selection.

PIOLINK has been recognized for its excellent performance in areas such as recruitment primarily of regular employees, a high employment retention rate, operation of systems preferred by the youth, and growth in revenue and operating profit margins. The company noted that it operates various welfare systems that enhance youth satisfaction, including flexible work arrangements, provision of welfare points, unrestricted vacation usage, snack provision, and nationwide resort membership support.

Cho Young-cheol, CEO of PIOLINK, said, "I am pleased that the achievements are a result of a philosophy based on the company's growth to create youth-centric policies and an enjoyable workplace," adding, "We will do our best to provide stable jobs and an innovative environment in the rapidly changing IT market so that young talents can exercise their creativity."
