This update, created in collaboration with Netflix, includes various multiplayer modes inspired by the drama, such as 'Red Light, Green Light' from 'Squid Game.'
New characters based on the game’s staff, Frontman, Younghee doll, and VIP have been released as bundle products and a battle pass (a product that provides rewards based on achievements upon purchase).
'Call of Duty' has been showcasing various collaborations with external intellectual properties (IPs) since its developer Activision was acquired by Microsoft (MS) and has strengthened its live services. Content utilizing other games like 'Diablo 4' and 'Fallout' as well as movie and animation IPs like 'Dune' and 'Gundam' has been released. However, this is the first time content based on a Korean drama has been made public.
