Salesforce announced the next-generation version of its autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) agent platform, Agentforce 2.0, on the 18th.
According to Salesforce, Agentforce is a platform that supports members in efficiently utilizing autonomous AI agents in customer-facing areas such as sales, customer service, marketing, and commerce.
Salesforce noted that through this update, it has enhanced the capabilities of AI agents with ▲Slack Agent ▲pre-built skill library ▲improved Atlas inference engine.
Son Boo-han, CEO of Salesforce Korea, said, “AI agents will move beyond a supportive role to skillfully handle necessary tasks autonomously, raising the limits of productivity to a new level.”
He also mentioned, “However, rather than developing and operating AI technology independently, it would be more efficient in terms of time and expense to embark on the AI innovation journey with a trusted platform and partner.”
CEO Son also explained, “Salesforce Korea is conducting hands-on workshops where customers can directly develop and utilize AI agents, and many corporations have already participated in these workshops, breaking the boundaries of size and industry.”
