AhnLab announced on the 13th that it has conducted a goods donation campaign and an electrical waste collection campaign to raise awareness and encourage action among its employees regarding resource recycling.

From August to November, AhnLab conducted a goods resource recycling donation campaign for employees in collaboration with the Goodwill Store in Seongnam. The Goodwill Store is a social enterprise operated by the Miracle Welfare Foundation, a social welfare organization that helps individuals with disabilities achieve economic independence.

The goods resource recycling donation campaign is a campaign to donate items that are not contaminated, damaged, or broken but are no longer desired for use.

From August 30 to November 29, AhnLab received a total of 3,186 items from its employees over 15 weeks and delivered them to the Goodwill Store in Seongnam.

The items delivered by AhnLab will be sold at the three Goodwill Store locations in Seongnam after sorting. The revenue generated will be used to support the wages of five disabled workers (5.1 individuals) associated with the Goodwill Store for approximately one month.

Additionally, AhnLab conducted an electrical waste collection campaign throughout November, collecting a total of 135 pieces of electrical waste. The collected waste will be delivered to recycling centers in Seongnam using a free collection service, where valuable metals and other resources will be recovered and recycled.
