Lotte Global Logistics announced on the 10th that it has been selected as an excellent business operator in the delivery sector by the Consumer Complaint Resolution Committee, organized by the Korea Consumer Agency for 2024.

The Consumer Complaint Resolution Committee is an organization that was launched in 2022 by the Consumer Agency in partnership with corporations in various sectors to enhance companies' capabilities in resolving consumer complaints and to swiftly address consumer grievances.

Lotte Global Logistics was selected as an excellent business operator after achieving the highest scores among participating corporations in the delivery sector for consumer consultation processing rate, proactivity in resolving consumer complaints, and attendance rate at the institutional sector.

In particular, it received high praise for autonomously processing all complaints within a short time through the Consumer Agency's "Consultation Autonomous Processing System", achieving an outstanding consultation processing rate of 100%.
