On the 7th, the crowdfunding (online small investment brokerage) platform Wadiz announced that it is conducting open recruitment ahead of the launch of its global service in the first half of the year.
This recruitment is characterized by its broad opportunities, not limited to a single job role, allowing applicants to apply across business, staff, and tech sectors. Wadiz will review the candidates' capabilities and tendencies to suggest the optimal position, helping applicants choose the suitable job.
In particular, those eligible for service as specialized research personnel can also apply in the tech institutional sector. The specialized research personnel system allows individuals with a master's degree or higher in engineering and science to work for three years at companies designated by the Military Manpower Administration, fulfilling their military obligations, and Wadiz was selected as a designated military service company in 2025.
In addition, anyone with global competencies, such as foreign language skills, can apply in the business and staff areas, and foreigners who can communicate in Korean are also eligible to apply.
The document screening will take place through the Wadiz recruitment website until January 20. Candidates who pass the document screening will undergo job and organizational culture interviews, with final admissions to be decided in early March.
Shin Hye-sung, CEO of Wadiz, noted, “Wadiz places great importance on not losing the essence of 'helping new challenges and growth,' which varies depending on who the colleagues are. We look forward to the interest and support of those who resonate with the values of Wadiz and wish to advance into the world together.”
Wadiz operates various systems, including the introduction of a selective working hours system that allows flexible adjustment of commuting times to suit personal life, and the provision of refresh (recharge) leave for long-term employees. For these efforts, it has been selected as an 'Outstanding Company for Work-Life Balance in South Korea 2024' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
