Hyundai Motor said it will conduct recruitment for technical personnel in the first half from the 14th to the 20th.
The recruitment areas include automotive production and research and development (R&D) technical personnel, as well as R&D utility management, totaling three. The qualification requirement is at least a high school diploma, and specific requirements for each institutional sector can be found on the Hyundai Motor recruitment website.
Successful document candidates will be announced around mid-February. Those who pass the aptitude and personality tests at the end of February, the first interview in March, and the final interviews in April to May will be announced by institutional sector in May to June.
Hyundai Motor will assign successful candidates from the automotive production institutional sector to its Ulsan, Asan, and Jeonju factories in two rounds during June and July. Candidates for R&D technical personnel and utility management institutional sector are scheduled to be placed at the Hyundai Motor Group Namyang Research Center in June.
Hyundai Motor noted, "We plan to conduct recruitment under fair and transparent procedures," adding that it will actively secure talent with diverse personalities and capabilities.
