Hyundai Motor Group announced on the 20th that it has donated 35 billion won in neighbor love funds to the Community Chest of Korea in time for the year-end.

On the 19th, Hyundai Motor Group held a donation ceremony for the "Hope 2025 Sharing Campaign" at the Community Chest of Korea's Love Fruit Hall in Jung-gu, Seoul. Attendees included President Jang Jae-hun of Hyundai Motor Group and Chairman Kim Byung-jun of the Community Chest of Korea.

The Community Chest of Korea has conducted the Hope Sharing Campaign every year from December 1 to January 31 of the following year to help those in need during the year-end and New Year. Hyundai Motor Group has donated to the Community Chest of Korea every year since 2003. The cumulative total of funds donated over 22 years up to this year is 429 billion won.

President Jang Jae-hun said, “Through sharing, helping neighbors and solving various social issues is also an important role of corporations, which is why we decided to make a donation this year.” He added, “Hyundai Motor Group will continue to pursue the right movements toward a sustainable future.”

Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor Group's Hyundai Engineering (230 million won), Hyundai Construction (220 million won), and Hyundai Mobis (10 million won) also donated employee contributions and a joint special social contribution fund to the Community Chest of Korea.
