The Small and Medium Business Administration announced on the 17th that it has officially opened a platform providing overseas market information called the Global Center.
The Global Center is a website that provides overseas market and local information in connection with institutions holding global data. The Small and Medium Business Administration noted, "To provide global support infrastructure for small and medium enterprises (sme) in the rapidly changing global management environment, we have established the Global Center in collaboration with the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Startups."
The Global Center collaborates with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ overseas diplomatic missions, the private consultative body of the "Public-Private Global One Team," the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP), the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) International Trade Research Institute, the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (KSURE), and the Export-Import Bank of Korea’s Overseas Economic Research Institute to provide analysis of global trends and issues held by each institution.
Users can access in-depth analyses of global industry and policy-related issues, major global weekly issues and trends, and information on overseas markets and support for North America, South America, Europe, Asia, China, and the UAE.
The Small and Medium Business Administration plans to provide integrated information collected by the Global Center to exporting small and medium enterprises (sme) through the "Global Trends" page of the small and medium enterprises export support portal.
