POSCO noted that it is the first time a large company has supported small and medium enterprises in obtaining excellent ratings in the Fair Trade Commission evaluation for CP implementation, and added that nine group companies of POSCO Group also participated in the CP evaluation and all received excellent ratings.

The four partner companies that received excellent ratings are Samwoo Eco, Shinil Intech, Airix, and Jungang EMC. They participated in the Fair Trade Commission's CP evaluation for the first time this year and received an AA (excellent) rating. POSCO has been supporting these companies with its own CP certification system since 2021.

In the POSCO Group, POSCO E&C received the highest AAA (best) rating. POSCO Holdings, POSCO, POSCO Future M, POSCO Flow, and POSCO A&C received AA (excellent) ratings. POSCO DX, POSCO Mobility Solutions, and POSCO MC Materials received A (relatively excellent) ratings.

Since the introduction of POSCO's compliance program in 2002, POSCO Group has made efforts to establish a group compliance culture, with 37 group companies having implemented CP by this year. Additionally, through a 'Group CP Activation Support Task Force' composed of CP experts from ten group companies, the group is working to spread the culture of fair trade in the industry by providing tailored compliance support activities, including CP training and coaching, not only for group companies but also for partner companies and medium-sized enterprises.
