H.PIO, a corporation specializing in health functional foods, noted on the 13th that it has recommended global business experts as candidates for outside directors. H.PIO focuses on developing, manufacturing, and selling health functional foods based on its premium health functional food brand "Denps."

The board of directors of H.PIO proposed ▲Dario Reicherl, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fritz Hansen Asia ▲Yngvar Stray, former general manager of the Capella Hotel Group ▲Min Jeong-ki, current outside director of H.PIO, as candidates for outside directors.

The board of directors of H.PIO expressed hope that Reicherl, as an outside director candidate, could strengthen H.PIO's brand capabilities based on his approximately 25 years of experience in driving business growth and brand strategy in global markets. Additionally, they highly regarded Stray for successfully leading the growth and market expansion of premium brands in key markets across Asia, including Singapore, China, and Hong Kong.

Min Jeong-ki, an outside director candidate, received a recommendation for reappointment after being recognized for strengthening internal controls and crisis management during his time as an outside director at H.PIO.

The board of directors of H.PIO recommended Choi Seung-ho, an attorney at law firm Kwangjang, as a candidate for other non-executive directors. Choi is regarded as an expert in corporate legal affairs, financial mergers and acquisitions (M&A), governance, and regulatory compliance.

A representative of H.PIO said, "As economic uncertainty continues, stable business operation capabilities are essential," and asked for the shareholders' active support to maximize corporate value and shareholder policies while promoting global brand strategies.
