The domestic division led by CEO Hong Seong-hyeok will establish three new vice president positions. The new vice presidents will be responsible for fostering a collaborative culture within the organization through "One Mastern Spirit" and presenting growth roadmaps for each specialized field.

Vice President Park Kyung-bae will enhance sales competitiveness by establishing new funds, Vice President Lee Tae-kyung will serve as the control tower for issue projects, and Vice President Kim Dae-won will re-establish the direction of development projects, which have been a key part of Mastern's growth, and lead the strengthening of development capabilities.

The Asset Management Headquarters, which oversees asset management for physical assets, the Capital Market (CM) Headquarters responsible for fundraising, including blind funds, and the Development Management Headquarters that manages the entire cycle of development projects from permitting to design, as well as quality control of processes and construction, will be directly under the CEO of the domestic division.

Mastern Investment Management aims to strengthen the investment functions of its real estate investment trust (REITs) sector while pursuing balanced growth across institutional sectors. In addition to the portfolio team managing public REITs and the investment management team responsible for new investments, a development department preparing for project REITs and a department dedicated to rental housing investments have been added under the Investment Management Headquarters.

The organizational system has been unified across institutional sectors, headquarters, and teams. Consequently, the Strategic Planning Office, Management Support Office, Digital Innovation Office, Fund Management Office, and Research and Strategy (R&S) Office have been standardized under the name of headquarters and will be placed under the strategic planning institutional sector.

The organization directly managed by the board and the chief executive officer will maintain the existing practical organization, and to strengthen internal controls, the audit organization has been promoted from a team to an office.

Mastern Investment Management President Namgung Hoon noted, "This organizational restructuring focuses on building specialized leadership and organic operational management," and added, "In the era of Mastern 2.0, we will continuously strive to respond quickly to the changing market, secure competitive advantages, and enhance credibility."
