To this end, Samil PwC noted that it completed the acquisition of IPR Square, a consulting firm specializing in IR·PR, at the end of last year.

Through this acquisition, Samil PwC plans to strengthen the expertise secured by IPR Square and provide more specialized comprehensive advisory services to clients based on its extensive network and digital capabilities. In particular, it aims to meet the IR and PR needs of companies listed on the KOSPI and KOSDAQ, enhance its ability to support listed corporations, and focus on discovering promising companies ahead of initial public offerings (IPOs).

The newly launched PwC Business Services will operate under a dual leadership system with Lee Nam-goo, the representative of IR and PR experts, and Jung Ji-won, a partner at Samil PwC and head of its Support Center for Listed Corporations, to create synergy between Samil PwC and PwC Business Services. Additionally, Kim Seung-cheol, a senior researcher at Samil PwC Management Research Institute, will concurrently serve as the head of the Research Center and will be responsible for client research work and business expansion. To enhance services for its IPO service headquarters for unlisted companies preparing for IPOs, a number of verified professionals from the industry have also been recruited.

Jung Ji-won, the representative of PwC Business Services, said, "With the launch of the new PwC Business Services, we can provide clients with more integrated and efficient services," adding, "We will strive to help domestic small and medium-sized corporations and promising companies secure investment opportunities and lay the groundwork for sustainable growth."
