Taekwang Group's financial affiliate, Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance, has supported 2,000 briquettes to help energy-vulnerable individuals struggling with heating during winter. Energy-vulnerable individuals refer to households for whom energy use is difficult due to economic hardship and fragile living conditions.

Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance announced on the 17th that 35 employees and family members from its volunteer club, "Heung-Jup-King" (picking and walking with energy), delivered 1,000 briquettes directly to 24 households in the Jwachun-dong marsh area of Dong-gu, Busan, on the 14th.

They also donated an additional 1,000 briquettes to the Busan Briquette Bank to enable more local residents to use briquettes. An employee who participated in the volunteer activity noted, "It was meaningful to deliver briquettes and communicate directly with neighbors, allowing us to reflect on the meaning of sharing."

A representative from Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance said, "It was a significant time for employees to voluntarily participate in community sharing ahead of a severe cold wave, and we will fulfill our corporate social responsibility through various social contribution activities in the future."
