"The wife of the 'living together couple' revealed that she was a victim of domestic violence."

The couple was experiencing conflicts in all areas, including running a store, finances, and parenting. While the wife stood working all day at the store, her husband was out in the neighborhood working on local businesses.

The husband, who walked with a crutch due to spinal stenosis, displayed a more difficult side only in front of his wife, which provoked her annoyance. The wife noted, "He's in his early 50s, but he keeps saying he's sick, and it's hard not to feel pity when I hear that. He tends to avoid work and is always in a hurry to go out whenever the phone rings."

While discussing their past, the two raised their voices. The wife said her husband had been coercive towards her since their past. She shared, "He cursed at me in front of customers, threw my cell phone at my head. I thought if I endured and reported it, he would change. In the past, he even hit me on the head with a mug," revealing that she had suffered domestic violence numerous times.

She added, "In the early days of our marriage, he hit me on the head with a mug. A thick mug. He hit me with a soju bottle. I ended up getting stitches by myself after it tore a lot. When he's angry, he throws things at me as he sees fit. He thinks it's over when he goes out. It's always like that."

The wife recalled, "When having a conversation, if my husband raises his voice, I don't want to talk. It's scary. He once threw a liquor bottle at my head and then ran away. After treatment, I returned and worked again after removing the bloodstains." The husband said, "Because of the guilt, I couldn’t face my wife and ended up avoiding her. There are so many feelings built up regarding me that I can't even approach her."
