Actor Jung Hye-sun revealed the struggles she faced due to her ex-husband's debts.

On the 18th, KBS1's "Morning Yard" featured the "Tuesday Guest Spot" segment with actors Jung Hye-sun and Song Sun-mi, who are performing in the play "Pink Lipstick."

Earlier, Jung Hye-sun stated on a variety show that she has been divorced for 53 years, noting that she even took to the stage at nightclubs to pay off her ex-husband's debts, which stirred feelings of sympathy.

Jung Hye-sun mentioned this story again, stating, "You should earn and pay it back. These days, when young people encounter difficulties, they sometimes make drastic choices, which seems to stem from a lack of confidence."

Jung Hye-sun said, "I was in my 30s at the time and was harassed by creditors. While it's said that you can pay it back while working, it's tough just with TV gigs, so I also went to local nightclubs. Even though it’s not my area of expertise, I did not refuse such work. Looking back, I feel that I've lived a worthwhile life because of those years."

In particular, Jung Hye-sun commented on twilight romance, saying, "I have so many male friends that I can't single anyone out. When I go to work, they are mostly juniors, and there aren’t many seniors. Many call me 'sister' or 'mother,' so it feels like family. Therefore, I am not thirsty for men. The best thing I did was not remarry."
