NCT member Mark (affiliated with SME) will finally release his first solo album on April 7.
Mark's first album, 'The Firstfruit', which will be released next month on the 7th, includes a total of 13 songs, including the title track '1999', along with the previously released '200' and 'Fraktsiya (Feat. Lee Young-ji)', fully capturing Mark's musical colors.
'The Firstfruit' is an album completed based on the inspiration received from four cities that have formed a solid foundation for Mark: his hometown Toronto, his first place of immigration New York, Vancouver where he spent his school days, and Seoul where he realized his dreams as an artist. The album is composed of 13 songs divided into four sections according to the emotions and atmospheres felt in each city.
This album, in particular, embodies Mark's growth and musical journey as he transitioned from childhood to becoming a member of NCT and then standing tall as a solo artist. It represents the first fruits of his unceasing efforts and challenges, and is expected to be a meaningful album for Mark and all the fans supporting him.
Mark will pre-release the track ‘+82 Pressin’ (Feat. Haechan)’ on the 19th at 6 p.m. across various music sites. The collaboration between Mark and Haechan, who boasts remarkable skills and top-notch synergy, is expected to heighten anticipation for the album.
Moreover, as this is Mark's first album, which he prepared with great care for a long time, diverse offline promotions are being planned to allow fans to experience the album in various ways, and related information will be sequentially provided through NCT's official social media accounts.
Mark's first solo album 'The Firstfruit' will begin pre-orders today (14th) at various online and offline record stores.
