In 2016, during the appearance on 'I Live Alone,' Lee was shown living alone in a studio apartment in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, but also revealed moving into Sangdo Nobility after winning a housing lottery at that time.

Recently, through Lee's YouTube channel, Lee Si-eon shared that Lee left the newlywed home in Sangdo-dong, making a smart investment by realizing an approximate 900 million won profit from the existing apartment and upgrading to a higher-tier location.

According to the court registry on the 23rd, Lee Si-eon purchased a 84㎡ exclusive area in 'Acro River Heim,' Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, with spouse Seo Ji-seung in joint names for 2.48 billion won on Jul. 31.

The transfer of ownership was completed late last month, and a senior mortgage with a maximum bond of 1.1 billion won from a commercial bank has been registered. Considering that the maximum bond is typically about 120% of the loan, it is estimated that about 900 million won was borrowed for the purchase.

Lee Si-eon won the 2016 housing lottery for a 84㎡ exclusive area in 'e-Pyeonhansesang Sangdo Nobility' in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, and has been living there as a newlywed home.

Lee also appeared on a broadcast at the time and noted, 'As soon as I graduated from university, I consistently deposited 30,000 won per month into the housing lottery savings account for 7 to 8 years.'

At the time of the lottery, the sale price of the type was in the high 600 million won to low 700 million won range, but the current market price is as high as 1.7 billion won.

Lee Si-eon sold the 84㎡ exclusive area of e-Pyeonhansesang Sangdo Nobility, which Lee owned, for 1.63 billion won on Jul. 26, realizing a market profit of approximately 900 million won over the sale price.

After selling on Jul. 26, the purchase was made on the 31st of the same month, successfully upgrading within a five-day period.

Acro River Heim is a large complex with 1,073 units, built by redeveloping Heukseok 7 District, and residents began moving in 2019.

Called the top property of Heukseok, Acro River Heim is a complex right next to Heukseok Station on subway line 9 and offers a view of the Han River, making it a prime location in Heukseok New Town.

Additionally, during the housing price surge in September 2020, an 84㎡ unit was traded at a record high of 2 billion won, marking the first instance in a non-Gangnam area to join the 20 billion won club for standard units.

The highest price for an 84㎡ exclusive area was recorded at 2.75 billion won in July this year. The asking prices for available 84㎡ properties currently vary from 2.3 billion to 2.85 billion won, depending on the specific unit.

The apartment unit Lee Si-eon purchased is in a building and floor in Acro River Heim that offers a view of the Han River.

On the 19th, Lee Si-eon revealed the moving process into the new home through Lee's YouTube channel, also showcasing the living room view of the Han River.
