Lee was included in the National Tax Service's list of high-value habitual tax delinquents disclosed on the 17th.

Listed as an individual, Lee owed a total of 223 million won in 2021 for eight instances of unpaid value-added taxes and other dues. Professionally, Lee is an investor in Christian Memorial Center Co., Ltd.

As a corporate entity, Christian Memorial Center Co., Ltd., engaged in the real estate business, was included on the list for owing two instances of unpaid taxes including value-added taxes totaling 330 million won in 2021.

Lee is known as a Protestant. Christian Memorial Center, located in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, operates Christian burial facilities, including a columbarium system.

Individually, as an investor in Christian Memorial Center Co., Ltd., Lee was charged with eight instances of tax delinquency across four tax categories amounting to 223 million won in 2021, which led to the disclosure of Lee's name, age, and address on the National Tax Service's website.
