SK C&C announced on the 20th that it has fully introduced 'A.Dot Biz HR' in its recruitment process for new and junior talent to maximize the efficiency of the hiring process.

A.Dot Biz HR is the first outcome of the 'A.Dot Biz' service jointly developed with SK Telecom. The core objective is to streamline the entire recruitment process and improve evaluation accuracy using artificial intelligence (AI). Currently, SK C&C and SK Telecom are conducting closed beta testing (CBT) to expand AI-based operational innovations. In this CBT, they are testing two versions of AI agent features: 'A.Dot Biz,' which supports routine common tasks such as room reservations and meeting minutes, and 'A.Dot Biz Professional,' which specializes in legal, tax, public relations, and human resources tasks, in preparation for a full market launch.

Prior to this CBT, SK C&C confirmed that applying A.Dot Biz HR to the actual hiring process improved evaluation efficiency and accuracy compared to existing recruitment processes. This is due to the diverse functionalities provided by A.Dot Biz HR throughout the recruitment process, from document screening to interviews, including ▲application review and evaluation ▲AI-assisted testing ▲job suitability evaluation ▲AI interviews ▲customized interview questions for applicants, all based on generative AI.

Through an AI-based system, it was possible to analyze and evaluate over thousands of applications in just four hours, significantly shortening the document review period, which typically took HR personnel about a week. Additionally, AI analyzed applicants' resumes and cover letters to extract contextual flow, key competency keywords, and derive job suitability and risk points, providing a more fair and consistent evaluation criterion.

During the junior talent recruitment process conducted in January, HR personnel were able to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of thousands of applicants more quickly based on the evaluation criteria provided by AI, leading to the announcement of document passers just two days after the application deadline, thus drastically shortening the selection process. Notably, one of the key features, the AI Capability Test (AICT), allowed for a more objective and precise evaluation by analyzing applicants' responses from multiple angles. AICT comprehensively assesses not just cognitive ability but also the applicant's understanding of job-related skills, problem-solving ability, data analysis capabilities, and practical application potential.

In particular, in the hiring of new employees, it provided more reliable evaluation data by quantifying the practical job execution ability that was difficult to assess accurately through just documents or interviews. HR personnel noted that following the introduction of AICT, they could rapidly select high-suitability candidates, and there was significant improvement in new hires' job adaptability.

In the interview stage, they conducted customized AI one-on-one interviews for applicants by comprehensively analyzing data from documents, AICT results, and written test data. AI analyzed applicants' responses through voice and video to assess job expertise, communication skills, and situational coping abilities, while automatically generating questionnaires for interviewers that can be utilized in face-to-face interviews. Interviewers were able to focus solely on applicant feedback, aiding in the selection of the optimal candidate.

SK C&C plans to introduce new AI talent discovery and recommendation features within this year. By analyzing existing talent pool data and recommending the most suitable applicants for corporations, it aims to support HR personnel in securing top talent quickly without needing to search for candidates themselves.

Additionally, it plans to continuously expand the utilization of A.Dot Biz HR by developing various AI HR services, such as crafting job postings, applicant chatbot help desks, and providing customized evaluation feedback for applicants.
