On the 24th, the Women Entrepreneurs Comprehensive Support Center announced that it is recruiting participants for the '2025 Women Entrepreneurs Global Accelerating' program until April 14 to promote the entry of female startup corporations into overseas markets and provide new growth opportunities.
Starting this year, in order to promote diversification of export countries for female startup corporations, an additional 5 points will be given during the selection process to female startup corporations exporting to countries outside major export markets such as the United States, Japan, China, and Vietnam.
This program supports practical training for overseas expansion, commercialization, and networking. The practical training for overseas expansion will be conducted for all registered corporations, providing step-by-step practical training from 'basic trade' such as export concepts and form preparation to 'global e-commerce platform entry strategies' for Amazon and Alibaba, as well as 'English IR pitching training.'
Commercialization support will be provided to a total of 30 corporations, assisting in networking, mentoring, and building overseas expansion infrastructure, and covering expenses necessary for entering the global market, such as marketing, technology development, and participation in overseas exhibitions, with up to 10 million won per corporation.
Any female startup corporation that has been established for less than seven years can apply for this program, and practical training for overseas expansion is also open to prospective female entrepreneurs.
Park Chang-sook, director of the Women Entrepreneurs Comprehensive Support Center, noted, "I hope this program provides practical help in activating the overseas entry of female startup corporations," and added, "We will continue to actively support securing growth momentum through overseas expansion and export expansion of female startup corporations."
