YouTuber Pani Bottle has lost weight after receiving the obesity treatment injection Wigobi and emphasized the side effects associated with Wigobi.

On the 14th, Pani Bottle posted an article on social media (SNS) indicating that he successfully lost weight with Wigobi and said, "I am writing cautiously due to my worried feelings."

He noted, "Somehow I have become like a Wigobi ambassador, but I have no relationship with Wigobi and have never promoted it," adding, "Medical advertising laws are so scary, and if you touch them incorrectly, it can lead to serious trouble."

He explained, "Recently, many people around me who have received Wigobi are reporting side effects," saying, "There are reports of lethargy, vomiting, and depression."

He continued, "I also have persistent nausea symptoms," and said, "Let's get detailed consultations about the prescription from a doctor at the hospital."

Earlier, Pani Bottle met travel YouTuber KwakTube, who claimed to have lost about 10 kg after receiving Wigobi, dropping his weight from the 70 kg range to 64 kg.

Pani Bottle told KwakTube, "You should also get Wigobi. If I say I lost weight because I got that, people say I am doing hidden advertising, which is a bit unfair," and added, "I can't eat because of receiving Wigobi, so why do people keep saying it’s hidden advertising? It's unfair, so I am not talking about it anymore."

Wigobi, an obesity treatment developed by Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk, is based on the 'semaglutide' component originally developed for diabetes treatment and has proven weight loss effects. It helps reduce weight by suppressing appetite and increasing the feeling of fullness.

In Korea, the targets for administration include obesity patients with a BMI of 30 or higher, or overweight patients with comorbidities related to weight such as hyperglycemia or hypertension, with a BMI of 27 to 30. The price is set at 372,025 won for one pen (4 weeks' worth). However, the consumer price, including distributor margins, taxes, and medical fees, is formed around 500,000 to 800,000 won.
