On the 27th, Kim & Chang (Kim & Chang) will hold a seminar in collaboration with American law firm DLA Piper on the subject of "know-how for success in entering the Middle Eastern market: investment, claims management, and dispute resolution."
Experts from major Middle Eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, and Bahrain will attend this seminar to share local investment and dispute resolution cases.
The opening remarks will be delivered by Lee Won-jo DLA Piper's managing partner in Korea and Lim Byung-woo of Kim & Chang. Following this, Kim & Chang attorney Lee Kyung-yoon, foreign attorney Ahn Se-young, and DLA Piper partner attorney Sunar will present on "Key structural considerations in Middle Eastern investment and M&A."
Then, Kim & Chang's Matthew Christensen, foreign attorney Jeon Dong-ok, and DLA Piper partners Andrew McKenzie and George Blavianos will present on "Claims management and response in the Middle East," and Kim & Chang's Joel Richardson, DLA Piper partner attorney Susanna Newbolt, and Faisal Al Hinai, an attorney from Oman, will present on "Effective strategies for dispute resolution."
